These are WILDLY delicious! If you can't find cremini mushrooms, look for baby bellas or button mushrooms—they're essentially the same thing and will work just as well here.
4 tbsp. melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. freshly chopped thyme
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 lb. crimini mushrooms, cleaned
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°. In a medium bowl, whisk together butter, garlic, thyme, and vinegar.
Step 2
Spread mushrooms into an even layer on a large baking sheet. Pour butter mixture over mushrooms, then season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat, then spread mushrooms back into an even layer.
Step 3
Roast 15 to 18 minutes, until golden and tender.
