This sea bass barbecue recipe is simple. If the fish is fresh, this dish is sure to please. Great for beachside cookouts.
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 bay leaf
salt and black pepper to taste
1 pound fresh sea bass
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
Stir together lemon juice, olive oil, bay leaf, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl until combined. Rub onto fish, inside and out.
Cook on the preheated grill until fish flakes easily with a fork, 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
